● The orders are always shipped after payment is done. At this moment we don't accept COD payment.
● The delay of the shipment usually depends on the distance and type of shipment. The packages are shipped and delivered on working days.
●The price of the shipping is based on the weight of your order and the distance of your country.
● We cannot be held responsible if your package is lost in case of choosing normal shipping (without tracking number).
● If you purchase a PREORDER, it will be a non ready product, with a time to get produced.
We only accept changes or returns of products that have not been purchased through a commission. The hats that have been ordered by order are made to measure of the wishes of the client, so they are unique pieces that can not be returned.
We are only accep changes or returns in the 7 following days until you received the product. In case of return, the customer have ship back the products (in perfect condition), with no sign of usage.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we received and checked the articles are in a perfect condition to be sold again, the customer can choose if want a money refund or changing for another item, paying the difference if any.
